Ar. Praleen Chopra
Mr. Praleen Chopra, the Founder & Director at Earthz Urban Spaces Private Limited, started his flourishing career at the budding age of 20, wherein the new developments inspired him in the soon-to-be metropolitan hub of Delhi. His first project was given to him by a business colleague, wherein they had to design a 500-yard independent bungalow.
Having an abundance of experience in the AEC field, Mr. Chopra climbed the rungs to success after graduating from IILM, Lodhi Road. In addition to his academic smarts, he believed in consistently upgrading himself. Therefore, he undertook various business and design coaching courses. He established his firm 18 years ago in South Delhi, where he aimed to provide customized and bespoke projects. Mr. Chopra has been able to exclusively create projects that speak of personalization and privatization. He believes in designing homes with a personal elevator, concierge, and driveways. His role model has always been Hafiz Contractor, as he is responsible for curating modern masterpieces in Delhi.
Mr. Chopra outlines residences close to nature, while being sophisticated, inculcating the principles of Vastu so that residents living there can experience tranquility and a peace of mind.
